Ticket Purchases and Modifications

Purchasing Tickets: All tickets are subject to availability and are valid only for the specified date and time. Tickets must be purchased through official Wanda Coach platforms, including our website, app, or authorized ticket counters.

Changes to Tickets: Customers can ONLY reschedule a booking at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled departure time. Tickets for bus services provided by Jaguar can only be rescheduled at least 7 hours prior to the scheduled departure time. Bookings can only be rescheduled for the same route, departing from and arriving at the same cities as originally booked, and must remain with the original bus carrier.
A $10 per ticket fee applies to all rescheduled bookings without Trip Protection. For bus services operated by Jaguar, a $20 per ticket fee applies. Tickets purchased with Trip Protection or through our App (except Starline and Jaguar) are exempt from rescheduling fees.
Bookings can be rescheduled up to a maximum of four times. All rescheduling requests are subject to availability and must be made through official Wanda Coach channels.

Refund Requests: Tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE unless otherwise specified by the bus provider. Refund eligibility and policies may vary depending on the provider. Refunds, when applicable, must be requested at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure. Duplicate transactions are also non-refundable because duplicate transactions prevent other customers from purchasing tickets.

Passenger Responsibilities

** Arrival Time: Passengers must arrive at the station at least 30 minutes prior to departure. Failure to arrive on time may result in a forfeited ticket.
(2)
Accepted Ticket Formats: Wanda Coach accepts e-tickets that include a QR code and ticket number. These tickets can be presented as a printed copy, an email displayed on a phone, or other electronic devices.
(3)
Identification: Passengers are required to carry valid identification with a photo that matches the name on their ticket.
(4)
Luggage: Each passenger is allowed to have one check-in bag and one carry-on bag. The check-in bag should not weigh over 50 pounds and must not exceed 62 inches when adding the total exterior dimensions (length + width + height). Extra charges ($10 to $20 per piece) apply for oversized and additional bags. Wanda Coach reserves the right to deny boarding to passengers with luggage that exceeds permitted limits.
Children, including infants, are required to purchase a seat on the bus regardless of age, Lap Seating babies included.
No pets are allowed on the bus except service animals. Service animals are welcome. Wanda Coach must be made aware of passenger traveling with a service animal for accommodations purposes, awareness of a support animal must be given at the time of purchasing the ticket. If it's an online ticket please call customer service and inform them of your intent to travel with a service animal companion for said date and time, so we can make aware other fellow passengers of the presence of a Service Animal. Passengers must provide legal documentation with a photo to prove that the animal is a service animal. If the photo or description on the documentation does not match the actual animal, we reserve the right to refuse the animal’s boarding. The service animal is the responsibility of its owner and must be under the control of its owner at all times (i.e., leash, harness, or carrier). Service animals must ride alongside its keeper, can not travel in the aisle or in any occupy seat. We reserve the right to refuse passage to any animal that poses a direct threat to the health and safety of other customers or personnel.

Advance Notice: Passengers with disabilities or special needs, including those who use wheelchairs, must provide at least 48 hours' advance notice to our customer service team by calling 646-630-7186 or emailing
[email protected]. This notice, as required by Federal guidelines, ensures we can properly address and accommodate your request.
(2)
Confirmation Required: Special assistance requests are subject to confirmation. Passengers must receive written or verbal confirmation from Wanda Coach to ensure accommodations are provided.
(3)
Failure to Confirm: Passengers who do not receive confirmation may not be able to use their ticket for travel.
